( GAP YEAR )

AUDIT / PERSONAL Enrichment

Bachelor's Degrees

  • UNDERGRADUATE
Pursue a bachelor’s degree that will define your future.
  • TRANSFER
Maximize your existing college-level credits as you complete a bachelor’s degree.
  • INTERNATIONAL
We welcome students from all over the world to join our community.
  • DUAL ENROLLMENT
High school students can earn both high school AND college credit while taking courses from MBC. The first two courses are free!
  • PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Students can take courses for personal enrichment. This means a student "audits" a course - participating in class and learning, but not being required to do all the homework and not earning academic credit for the class.

Certificate in Biblical Worldview
( Gap Year )

Want to know God better? Want to understand the Bible? Want to know WHY you believe WHAT you believe? The Certificate in Biblical Worldview stands alone as a gap year program, OR it serves as the first year of any of our bachelor's degrees so you can seamlessly continue. This 30 credit hour program gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in Bible, theology, worldview, and life planning. It includes a week-long dinosaur dig where you will see first-hand how the Biblical worldview applies to science and other areas of life. The certificate program helps you discern God’s calling while at the same time preparing you for further education either at Montana Bible College or other institutions.

Audit / Personal Enrichment

Personal Enrichment is for you if you want to learn from a course, but you don't need academic credit.  A student taking a course only for personal development (auditing) a course is considered a regular participant in the class, except that there is no requirement to turn in written assignments or take examinations, and academic credit is not earned.   Montana Bible College encourages students to take courses for full credit. This provides you with more accountability and incentive to get the most out of the course. In addition, you will not have to repeat the course should you later decide to pursue a degree. But auditing may be right for you if you know you just want the personal enrichment and are motivated to learn.

Partner Prep
Program

If you are the spouse of a degree-seeking student, this is a way MBC invests in YOU, along with your spouse! One goal of Montana Bible College is to help the entire family unit be prepared together for ministry. With that in mind, MBC established Partner Prep so the spouses of degree-seeking MBC students can audit many of the courses offered on the MBC campus free of charge. Registration by the spouse for courses is completed through the registrar’s office. Advisory Notes for the Partner Prep Program: 1. If the degree-seeking student drops below nine credits, the spouse is ineligible for auditing that semester. 2. If the spouse wants to take any course for credit, the cost of the course will be the normal tuition rate. 3. Courses offered using online, hybrid, or intensive modes of instruction may be only taken for credit at the normal tuition rate. 4. Montana Bible College will not provide childcare.
