Foundation Executive Director


The Big Sky Youth Education Foundation, which exists to support Billings Christian School and Montana Bible College, seeks a qualified, mission-fit person with a passion to advance Christian education for the position of Executive Director.  The Director is responsible for advancing the financial partner relationships and initiatives in service of Billings Christian School and Montana Bible College.   He/she communicates the values and vision of Billings Christian School and Montana Bible College to the community and constituents.  The Director will work on projects related to partnerships (individuals, families, churches, companies, and foundations), events, and fundraising. The Director will help build new partnerships and maintain existing ones.  The cultivation of long-term financial partners will be central to this position, along with the maintenance of partner information and acknowledgment of gifts.  He/she will be the main contact/coordinator for all BSYEF fundraising efforts. This position will work closely with the Foundation board members, the BCS Head of School, and the MBC President to cultivate donors.  The goal will be to advance the missions of the school and college through the provision of funding via a God-glorifying stewardship approach.  This position is partnered with a part-time assistant (eventually full-time) so that the Executive Director can delegate appropriate tasks/responsibilities. Basic Details:

This is a salaried and full-time position. It requires living in the Billings area and keeping regular work hours, some in the office but many in meetings with financial partners. Some travel for important partner relationships is expected.  Starting pay is dependent on experience, background and the skills we are seeking.

Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to serve as a recruiter.  This position is an integral part of MBC’s Enrollment Team under the oversight of the Enrollment Director.   This position should expect to spend time off campus directly interfacing with prospective students and their families as well as time on campus executing admissions and matriculation processes.

Basic Details:

This is a salaried and full-time position. It requires living in the Billings area and keeping regular office hours. It requires travel for direct recruiting activities.
