Office Manager

Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to manage MBC’s office, including its organizational effectiveness duties and processes. The office duties include reception function, scheduling, and internal communications. Effectiveness duties include accreditation oversight, institutional policy, and compliance.

Basic Details:

This is a salaried and full-time position. It requires living in the Billings area and keeping regular office hours. Training for accreditation responsibilities is provided.

Administrative Assistant

Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to serve as an administrative assistant. This person provides direct assistance to the executive leadership
team and Office Manager of MBC, accomplishing a variety of tasks from helping with events to ordering/inventory to making deposits to helping with communication.

Basic Details:

This is a half-time position paid on an hourly basis. It requires living in the Billings area and keeping regular office hours.
