Enrollment Director
Description:
Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to provide enrollment leadership encompassing strategy development and implementation for the entire enrollment process from initial lead generation all the way to student matriculation. While overseeing the process and directing the team, this person is an integral and active part of the team in direct student engagement.
Basic Details:
This is a salaried and full-time position. It requires living in the Billings area and keeping regular office hours. It requires travel for direct recruiting activities. Starting pay is $60,000 for a person with the experience, background and skills we are seeking.

Description:
Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to be our Library Director and Registrar. As a small Bible college (currently about 70 students), these are both part-time roles that compliment one another in a single full-time position. Description:
Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to serve as a recruiter. This position is an integral part of MBC’s Enrollment Team under the oversight of the Enrollment Director. This position should expect to spend time off campus directly interfacing with prospective students and their families as well as time on campus executing admissions and matriculation processes.

Operations and Effectiveness Manager
Description:
Montana Bible College seeks a qualified and talented person to manage MBC’s internal operations and institutional effectiveness duties and processes. The operations duties include office oversight, scheduling, and internal communications. Effectiveness duties include accreditation oversight, institutional policy, and compliance.
Basic Details:
This is a salaried and full-time position. It requires living in the Billings area and keeping regular office hours. Training for accreditation responsibilities is provided.
